I started as a Site Manager and now combine site management, coordination, and project management across multiple projects.
I maintain relationships with subcontractors and M&E contractors, oversee site setup, procurement, waste management, and coordinate deliveries from Dutch, German, and third-party suppliers. I review properties before handover, identify gaps in tender documentation, and manage local subcontractor selection.
I participate in weekly stakeholder meetings with architects and technical teams, and lead site meetings to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and prevent delays. I also liaise with the municipality for permits and environmental approvals.
I manage practical completion, monitor finishes, and clear snag lists for handover. I act as the main contact during the three-month post-contract period and support ongoing maintenance in collaboration with clients’ Facility Management teams.
Holding a VOL VCA  ( De Veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu Checklist Aannemers  voor Leidinggevenden) certification, I am responsible for Health & Safety, including preparing H&S plans, and I am certified in NEN 2484 and NEN 3140 to ensure compliance with Dutch regulations for foreign subcontractors.
